Ang bahay ay may mga solar panels para sa kuryente at may propane-fueled automatic generator para sa mga emergency at karagdagang oil heat para sa mga sobrang lamig na araw ng taglamig. Ang bahay ay may municipal water at sewer. Ang mga nangungupahan ay magiging responsable sa pagputol ng damo at pagtanggal ng niyebe. Mayroong flat fee na $300.00 bawat buwan para sa utilities na kinabibilangan ng kuryente, init, tubig at sewer, gayundin ng mainit na tubig. Tenants will be responsible to cut the grass and remove snow.
There is a flat fee of $300.00 per month for utilities which includes electric, heat, water and sewer, as well as hot water. One time pet security deposit of $500.00 is refundable at the end of the lease if no damage occurred. Pets are considered on case by case basis.
