There is brand new engineered flooring throughout the apartment. The driveway and parking area is paved and each apartment will get 2 parking spots. The heating system is hot water radiators with supplemental heat and air conditioning provided by mini-split units. House has solar panes for electric and there is a propane fueled automatic generator in case of emergencies and supplemental oil heat for those extra cold winter days. House has municipal water and sewer.
Tenants will be responsible to cut the grass and remove snow.
There is a flat fee of $300.00 per month for utilities which includes electric, heat, water and sewer, as well as hot water. One time pet security deposit of $500.00 is refundable at the end of the lease if no damage occurred. Pets are considered on case by case basis.
