We are offering our beautiful, sun-filled 800 sq. ft. one-bedroom, one-bathroom home on the 5th floor of the Clinton Hill Co-ops’ North Campus. Overlooking the leafy treetops of Waverly Avenue, the apartment is bathed in natural light and features six generously sized closets, providing exceptional storage.
We truly love this home and wish we could stay, but our growing family is ready for the next chapter.

There are approved plans available for a 2 bedroom renovation and the approval process for construction is easy and straight-forward.

The building entrance is set within a beautifully maintained central courtyard, accessible from both Clinton Avenue and Waverly Avenue. Amenities include:

The Clinton Hill Co-ops are known for being well cared for and financially stable. The maintenance charge includes the electric, heat, and water. There is hot water for days and we have never had any problems with utilities while living here. Furthermore the Co-ops have negotiated a slightly lower high-speed internet fee - you can choose from Verizon FIOS or spectrum broadband.
Transportation
Convenient access to the G and C trains. Ample Citibike stations throughout the neighborhood with one literally across the street. A 20 minute walk to either the Dekalb Ave B,D,R train station or Atlantic Terminal.
Community & Surroundings
Living here has meant being part of a truly special community. Through the co-op, we’ve built lasting friendships, found an incredible nanny share, and watched our child form close bonds with neighbor We’ve loved being close to Fort Greene Park, the numerous playgrounds, and the many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood - and I imagine you will too!
A Bit of History
The Clinton Hill Co-ops were originally constructed in 1943 to house workers of the nearby Brooklyn Navy Yard, adding a rich historical layer to this already character-filled home.
